For Contractors, Plants and Facility Managers

No safety manager on staff? I'll train your crew and keep track of everyone's renewals for you.

Most small and mid-size companies don't have an EHS person. The owner or the facility manager ends up carrying safety on top of everything else. I come in, train your people on the hazards they actually face, and keep a record of who's trained and when they're due again, so nothing quietly lapses.

Every session is built around your work, your equipment and your site. Not a generic slideshow.

Each of these is delivered live for your team, using your own procedures and records. Online versions are being built, so ask if you want one first. Not on the list? Tell me what your team is missing.

Renewals Handled

The training isn't the hard part. Keeping track of it is.

Most companies train people once and lose track. Then an inspector, a client or an insurer asks for records and nobody can find them. Every worker I train goes into a tracker with their course, completion date and renewal date. Before anything expires, you get a reminder. You never have to chase it.

What you get

  • A roster of everyone trained, by course and date
  • Each certificate's renewal date worked out for you
  • A reminder email before renewals come due
  • Records ready to show a client, insurer or inspector
Your Instructor

I've done this work in the field, not just taught it.

RC Agency safety training is based on OSHA standards and issues RC Agency Certificates of Completion. It is not part of the OSHA Outreach Training Program and does not issue OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour Department of Labor cards. Training supports, but does not replace, an employer's own obligations under OSHA and applicable state rules.
